Mr. Arnold Garven Cooper

  Funeral services for Mr. Arnold Garven Cooper of Lake Charles
were held Thursday, Dec. 9, at 2 p.m., in the Warren Meadows
Funeral Home Chapel. Interment was in the Bethsadia Cemetery,
with Bro. Charles Torrans officiating. Services were under the
direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Mr. Cooper died Tuesday, Dec. 7, at the age of 57. Survivors
include his wife, Mrs. Marjorie Cooper of Lake Charles; 2
daughters, Mrs. Linda Hyatt of Hornbeck, and Mrs. Tammy Slocum of
Lake Charles; 2 brothers, Mr. Ralph Cooper of Bossier City, La.,
and Mr. Vester Cooper of Lake Charles; 1 sister, Mrs. Vera Ardoin
of Iowa, La.; his mother, Mrs. Carlie C. Bennett of Lake Charles;
and 3 grandchildren.
