Funeral services were held in the Many Pentecost Church, Monday, Feb. 7, at 2 p.m., with the Rev. C. J. Walea officiating, and assisted by Brother Bell, and Brother James Stringer. Interment was in the Ft. Jesup Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home. Surviving relatives are her husband, Dewitt Cooper of Many; three sons, Stanley Barton of Ruston, Charles Cooper of Nederland, Tex., and Dewey Cooper of Groves, Tex.; five daughters, Mrs. Betty Davis, Mrs. Evelyn Shaw, and Mrs. Inez Sibley of Many, Mrs. Gayle Salter of Minden, and Mrs. Eula Mae Hoffpauir of Westlake, La.; two brothers, Leroy and Herman Moran of Shreveport; four sisters, Mrs. Bernie Smith of Many, Mrs. Fronie Mitchell of Fisher, Mrs. Gatha Evans of Shreveport, and Mrs. Rebecca Davis of Keatchie, La.; 24 grandchildren; and 19 great grandchildren.
