Mrs. Ophelia Cornish Caver

  Services for Mrs. Ophelia Caver, 90, were held at 2 p.m.,
Friday, November 1, 1985, at Claiborne Southern Methodist Church,
under the direction of Rose-Neath Funeral Home. Officiating was
the Rev. Oliver Thomas, assisted by the Rev. Ronnie Daniels.
Interment was at Arlington Cemetery.

  Mrs. Caver was a lifelong resident of Homer, and was an active
member of the Claiborne Southern Methodist Church, until her
illness.

  She is survived by two sisters, Grace Sale of Minden, and Bill
Smith of Haynesville, La.; one brother, R. T. Cornish of Many,
La., and numerous nieces and nephews.
