The Reverend Bob Spear officiated. Mr. Cooper died on Monday, June 2, in Beauregard Parish. Mr. Cooper was a native of Many, and had lived in Ragley for the last 13 years. He was employed by Bell South Telephone for 27 years. He was a Vietnam War Veteran, having received two honorable discharges from the U.S. Army. Survivors include his widow, Sharon Cooper of Ragley; two daughters, Sabrina Traweek of Lake Charles, and Audrey Louise Cooper of Madisonville, Ky.; one son, William Paul Cooper of Madisonville, Ky.; two grandchildren; mother, Nola Mae Cooper of Moss Bluff; three brothers, Victor Johnny Cooper of Lake Charles, Roland Cooper of Mansfield, and Tommie J.
