Survivors are five sons, Norman Coburn of Beaumont, Texas, Newman Coburn, and Hobin Coburn of Florien, Crit Coburn of Mora, and Harold Coburn of Shreveport; four daughters, Mrs. S. T. Slater, and Mrs. J. M. Miles of Houston, Texas, Mrs. Leona Duggan of Florien, and Mrs. Carmena Clements of Many; 25 grandchildren; and 45 great grandchildren. Services were held Tuesday, Nov. 9, at 10:30 a.m., in the Many First Baptist Church, with the Rev. A. J. Dupree, Dr. Kelly Fitzgerald, the Rev. Earl Marr, and the Rev. Billy Fuller officiating. Pallbearers were her grandsons, A. M. Coburn Jr., Brooks Coburn, Newman Coburn Jr., Monroe Coburn, Ted Duggan, and Troy Raymond Slater. Burial was in the Lewing Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home of Many.
