Mrs. Cook is survived by her husband, Irvin Cook of Fisher; two daughters, Mrs. Ruby Hampton of Naples, Tex., and Mrs. Ruth Slaybaugh of Bossier City; one son, Louis Cook of Fisher; four sisters, Mrs. Beddie Salter of Florien, Mrs. Lurline Babineaux of Meterie, La., Mrs. Faye Campbell of Shreveport, and Mrs. Maude Curtis of Many, two brothers, Luddie Miller, and Delois Miller, both of Florien; 6 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren. Funeral services were held on Saturday, March 9, at 2 p.m. at the Antioch Baptist Church. The Rev. Harold Dunn and the Rev. Franck Chance officiated. Burial was in the Antioch Cemetery under the direction of the Warren Meadows Funeral Home. Pallbearers were Charlie Cook, Earl Manning, Jimmie Salter, Hoyt Curtis, Leon Manning, and Jimmie Woods.
