The Sabine Index - Irvin Cook

  12 Jun 1975 - Irvin Cook, 81, of Florien died in Bossier City
on Monday, June 9 at 6:20 p.m. following a short illness.

  Survivors include his son, James Louis Cook of Westline, Ore.;
two daughters, Mrs. Ruby Lee Hampton of Naples, Tex., and Mrs.
Ruth Slaubaugh of Bossier City; two brothers, Harvey Cook of
Plainview and Victor Cook of Florien; three sisters, Mrs. Sallie
Manning of Leesville, Mrs. Betty Salter of Florien, and Mrs. Ida
Rials of Fisher; 6 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.

  Funeral services were conducted in the Antioch Baptist Church
on Tuesday, June 10 at 2:p.m. with the Rev. Harold Dunn
officiating. Burial was in the Antioch Cemetery under the
direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.
