Survivors include his widow, Pearl Cook; two daughters, Mrs. Bobby McDonald of Converse, and Mrs. Rodney Nicholas of Shreveport; two sons, Dan H. Cook of Pasadena, Tex., and Harvey Gerald Cook of Houston, Tex.; one brother, Victor Cook of Florien; three sisters, Mrs. Sally Manning of Leesville, Mrs. Ida Rials of Many, and Mrs. Betty Salter of Florien; and fourteen grandchildren. Funeral services were held at the Florien First Baptist Church on Sunday, August 6, at 1 p.m. Officiating were the Rev. Avon Cavanaugh, the Rev. Emest Lilly, and Rev. ?elman Rogers. Pallbearers were Larry Cook, Keith Cook, David Cook, Brent Cook, Randy Cook, and Walter Cook.
