The Sabine Index - Doss R. Cook

  9 Dec 1955 - Funeral services for Doss R. Cook, 63, who
passed away at Natchitoches after a short illness Monday, Dec. 5
was conducted at Bellwood Baptist church at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec.
6 with Rev. Monroe Roberts officiating. Interment was in Bellwood
cemetery under the direction of Warren Funeral Home.

  Survivors are sons, Lewis and Felix of Bellwood, Everitt of
Oakdale; daughters, Mrs. Ruby Smith of Lake Charles, Mrs. Hattie
Lou Pickett of Shreveport; brothers, George Cook of Natchitoches,
sister, Mrs. Myrtie Massey of Bellwood and five grandchildren.
