Earl Marr, and the Rev. W. C. Sandiford officiated at the services. Burial was in the Antioch Cemetery, under the direction of the Warren Meadows Funeral Home. Pallbearers were Sam Ketchum, Kenneth Funderburk, Harland Leach, Sherman Salter, Tom Langton, and Larry Miller. Honorary pallbearers were Victor Voco, Odis Jordan, Percy Alford, and R. J. Rousseau. Mr. Cook died at 8 a.m., on Saturday, Feb. 6, at Heritage Manor Nursing Home. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Lena Cook of Florien; two sons, Glen Cook of Anacoco, and Wayne Cook of Nederland, Tex.; three sisters, Betty Salter of Florien, Sally Manning of Leesville, and Ida Rials of Many; five grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
