Chelsea Deniene Cook

  Chelsea Deniene Cook, (Infant), died in the Schumpert Medical
Center in Shreveport, on July 28, 1985, at 5:30 a.m.

  Graveside services only. Bro. Mack Brister officiated. Burial
was at Florien Cemetery, on July 30, at 3 p.m.

  Surviving relatives include her parents, Lisa and Jimmie Cook of
Florien; one brother, Kelby Blair Cook of Florien; maternal
grandparents, Billy Ray, and Mary Green of Many; maternal great
grandmother, Mrs. Jessie Mitchell of Bossier City; and paternal
grandparents, James R., and Nellie Cook of Florien.
