Gary Dewayne Cook

  Funeral services for Gary Dewayne Cook, 31, were held at 10
a.m., on Wednesday, April 20, 1995, at Middlecreek Baptist Church
in Many.

  Jimmy McDonald officiated. Interment was in Middlecreek
Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home of
Many.

  Mr. Cook was born January 10, 1964, to Gordan and Avis Powell
Cook in Shreveport.

  Survivors include his widow, Deborah J. Cook of Many; parents,
Gordan and Avis Cook of Many; two sisters, Rebecca Daigle of Lake
Charles, and Angela Cook of Vacaville, Calif.; one brother,
Thomas Cook of Lake Charles; and six nieces and nephews.
