The Rev. Hoy Leach, and the Rev. Dean Crittenden officiated. Interment was in Pine Knott Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home of Many. Ms. Cook passed away April 18, at her residence in Fisher. Ms. Cook was born May 30, 1960, in Lake Charles, to Teddis and Dazille Maxie Pantalion. Survivors are one son, Shane Cook of Fisher; father and mother, Ted and Syble Pantalion of Fisher; biological mother, Dazille Roux of Cameron; paternal grandfather, Odus Pantalion of Many; one sister, Rhonda Gail Free of Fisher; four brothers, Sammy Pilcher, and Terry Pantalion, both of Fisher, Donald Pantalion of Zwolle, and Jimmy Pilcher of Alexandria; one grandson, Joshua Logan Thaxton of Shreveport; a host of nieces and nephews; special friend, Tim Braud of Many; and two foster sisters, Amber, and Heather Jones. Pallbearers were her uncles.
