Mrs. Susan Castie

  Services were held at 2 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 6, at St. Joseph
Catholic Church of Zwolle, for Mrs. Susan Castie, 79, of
Shreveport, who died Thursday, at Schumpert Medical Center, after
a lengthy illness.

  Rev. Patrick A. Scully, pastor, officiated with burial in Zwolle
Cemetery, under the direction of Wellman's Funeral Home.

  A native of Zwolle, Mrs. Castie had lived in Shreveport three
years. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic church of Zwolle.

  Survivors include three sons, Ernest Castie of Shreveport, Joe
Castie of Kansas City, Mo., and Mack Castie of Beaumont, Tex.;
three daughters, Mrs., Velma Martin, Mrs. Leona Young, and Mrs.
Syble Childs, all of Shreveport; two brothers, Lou Leone, and
Walter Leone, both of Zwolle; 29 grandchildren, and three great
grandchildren.
