Ernest Luther Castee

  Funeral services for Ernest Luther Castee, 81, of Shreveport,
were held Wednesday, March 15, at Wellman Funeral Home Chapel.

  Officiating were Rev. David Newell, pastor of Christian Center
of Shreveport. Interment was in Forest Park West, under the
direction of Wellman Funeral Home.

  Mr. Castee passed away on March 14, 1995, at his residence,
following a lengthy illness.

  Mr. Castee was born in Zwolle, and resided in Shreveport for the
past 35 years. He was a U. S. Army veteran, having served in
WWII.

  Survivors include two daughters, Evelyn Castee Weed, and Gloria
Rowe, both of Stonewall; two sisters, Syble Sanchez of Zwolle,
and Belmay Martin of Oil City; fifteen grandchildren; sixteen
great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.

  Pallbearers were members of the Christian Center.
