Funeral services were held in the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church at 10 a.m., Saturday, May 22, with the Rev. Robert Graham officiating. Masonic graveside services were held, and burial was in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home. Mr. Cassleberry was a native of Spearsville, and a resident of Toro community for the past 29 years. He was a member of the Toro Masonic Lodge No. 253. Survivors include his widow; a brother, J. W. Castleberry of El Paso, Tex.; five sisters, Mrs. Cornelia McDonald of Houston, Tex.; Mrs. Ted Green of Spring, Tex., Mrs. Mary Odom of Bridge City, Tex., Mrs. A. E. Chitty of Kilgore, and Mrs. Tony Wren of Fort Worth, and a number of nieces and nephews.
