Ethel Boyd Cassel

  Ethel Boyd Cassel, 90, died in Lake Charles, Friday, April 4, at
11:30 a.m., after an extended illness.

  Survivors include two daughters, Pauline Cassel of Noble; and
Laurine Cassel Parry of Lake Charles; two sons, Thomas H. Cassel
of Harrisonburg, and Jennings Perry Cassel of Baton Rouge; one
sister, Mrs. Joe Ford of Petersburg, Ind.; four grandchildren,
and seven great grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held Sunday, April 6, at 3 p.m., in the
Noble United Methodist Church, with Rev. Raymond DeLaughter
officiating. Burial followed in the Cassel Cemetery.

  Pallbearers were John Mulloy, Clarence Foy, Pete Ford, W. T.
Boyd, Roy Boyd, Tommy Cassel, Bernard Pugh, and Noble Pugh.
