Mrs. Kate Louis Jackson Chisholm

  Funeral services were held Sunday, Jan. 6, at the Many Methodist
Church, for Mrs. Kate Louis Jackson Chisholm, who passed away,
Jan. 4, in Shreveport. For the past four years, she had made her
home at the Wenk Nursing Home on Line Ave.

  Mrs. Chisholm was born in Sabine Parish on November 24, 1888, to
the late Mr. and Mrs. George Jackson.

  Survivors are her daughters, Mrs. Frank Roberts, Shreveport, and
Mrs. H. D. Garner of Blessing, Texas; sons, Thomas J. Chisholm,
Maitland, Fla., Louis Chisholm, West Lake, La., and Henry F.
Chisholm, Houston, Tex.; six sisters, Mrs. T. E. Stephen, and
Mrs. Carl Kilgore of Beaumont, Tex., Mrs. James E. King, West
Columbia, Tex., Mrs. G. M. Langford, Houston, Mrs. W. J. Perkins,
and Mrs. S. M. Taylor of Many; two brothers, Fred V. Jackson of
Converse, and Jim C. Jackson of Corpus Christi, Texas.

  Interment was in Many Cemetery.
