Graveside services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 20 at St. John The Baptist Catholic Church, in Many. Mrs. Coogan was a native of New Orleans and a resident of Bay St. Louis, Miss. for the past 20 years. She was of the Catholic faith and a member of Our Lady of the Gulf Catholic Church, Bay St. Louis, Miss. She was a member of Hancock Art Association, RSVP Volunteer, American Legion Post 77 Ladies Auxiliary in Waveland, Miss., Blue Jean Garden Club and The Woman's Club. Survivors include granddaughter, Cynthia Anne Cole of Many; grandson and wife, James Robert and Beth Cole, Jr. of Many; and beloved son-in-law, James R. Cole of Many. Mrs. Coogan was preceded in death by her husband, Sidney Joseph Coogan, Jr.; daughter, Beverly Ann Coogan Cole; parents, Joseph P. and lrma Milan Cuccia; and brother, Joseph Paul Cuccia, Jr. In lieu of flowers the family prefers donations to be made to the charity of ones choice.
