  William Thomas Chism - February 4, 1988

  Mr. William Thomas, 62, of Many died at the VA Medical Center on
February 1, 1988.

  Services were held at Tora Baptist Church on February 3, 1988 at
2 p.m. with Rev. Travis McCollough officiating. Burial was at
Toro Cemetery under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Survivors include his wife, Lou Ella Chism of Many; one
daughter, Judy Donaldson of Alexandria; four sons, William Daniel
Donaldson of Alexandria, Thomas Hugh Chism of Princeton, La.,
Billie W. Chism and Carl Brett Chism, both of Many; two brothers,
W. E. Burnest Chism of Florien and Lester Chism of Peoria,
Arizona; three sisters, Luvinia Salter, Willie Mae Ford and Rosa
Bell Sandel, all of Florien; seven grandchildren and two great
grandchildren.

  Pallbearers: Johnny Livingston, Charles Chism, Steve Powell,
Clarence Chism, Monroe Powell and Preston Ellzey.
