  Travis Glynn Chism - July 7, 1988

  Funeral services for Travis Glynn Chism, 15, of Shreveport were
held at 2:30 p.m. Friday, July 1, at the Osborn Funeral Home
Chapel in Shreveport. The Rev. Mike Harris officiated. Burial was
in Forest West Cemetery.

  He died Wednesday, June 29, 1988, in a swimming accident on
Toledo Bend Lake. Travis was a native of Many and for most of his
life was a resident of Shreveport where he was active in sports
at Northwood High School.

  He is survived by his parents, Garland and Johnnie Chism, one
brother, Paul Chism, and one sister, Tammy Chism, all of
Shreveport; and a host of other relatives (many of which live in
Sabine Parish) and friends.

  Pallbearers were Jerry Pate, Johnny Griffin Sr., Gary LaCroixe,
Dale Harvell, Larry Ford and Donald Cooley.

  Honorary pallbearers were Steve Pate, Johnny Griffin Jr., Jason
Morgan, Dell Harvell, Jason Harvell, Kevin Sinclair and Tippy
Bickham.
