Mrs. Myrtis Coker

  Mrs. Myrtis H. Coker, 85, of Converse, died Tuesday, June 25, in
a Converse Hospital.

  Funeral services were held Thursday, June 27, at 3 p.m., in the
Union Springs Baptist Church, with the Rev. Alfred Mitchell
officiating, assisted by the Rev. Roger Whittington, and the Rev.
Waymon Rodehaver. Burial was in the Union Springs Cemetery, under
the direction of the Drewett Funeral Home of Mansfield.

  Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Aylean Salley, Mrs.
Marie Harper, and Mrs. Grace Daugherty, all of Converse; a
brother, Tommy Hatcher of Logansport; two sisters, Mrs. Odie
Price, and Mrs. Cara Bossier, both of Converse; four
grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
