Ethel Cochran

  Mrs. Ethel Leona Cochran, 80, of Florien, died Thursday, Aug.
10, in an Alexandria Nursing Home.

  The funeral was at 3 p.m., Saturday, in Progress Baptist Church,
with the Rev. Myers officiating. Burial was in Progress Cemetery,
under the direction of Rockett-Nettles Funeral Home.

  Survivors include three sons, G. W. Wedgeworth of Pineville,
Foster Wedgeworth of Shreveport, and Delmar Jamerson of Dallas;
five daughters, Corrine Hunt of Sinton, Texas, Christine Harrison
of Pleasant Hill, Jerry Ross of Center, Texas, Barbara Graves of
Shreveport, and Patsy McMillan of Leesville; two stepdaughters,
Jessmer Collum of Pleasant Hill, and Irene Blessingame of
Michigan; three stepsons, Orville Jamerson of Tennessee, Hubert
Jamerson, and O'Neil Jamerson, both of Michigan; one brother, Bob
Alford of Texas; two sisters, Annie Slay of Shreveport, and Rosa
Mae Flannigan of Hornbeck; 20 grandchildren; and 18 great
grandchildren.
