Cotton, 60, of Robeline, died Friday, Jan. 18. He was a retired carpenter. Funeral services were at 3 p.m., Monday, Jan. 21, in the Beulah Methodist Church, with the Rev. James Tidwell officiating. Burial was in the Beulah Cemetery, under the direction of St. Denis Funeral Home. Survivors are his widow; three sons, Douglas M. Cotton of Westwego, Melvin Leon Cotton of New Orleans, and Robert Ray Cotton of Germany; three daughters, Mrs. Thelma J. Clark of Natchitoches, Mrs. Ruby Pingilley of Robeline, and Miss Maxine Cotton of Robeline; mother?, Mrs. LeRoy Miller of Robeline, and Mrs. Lester Leach? of Vinton; nine brothers, Hughie Cotton of Montgomery, Ala., Joe A. Cotton of Jacksonville, N. C., Brandon Cotton, and Daniel Cotton, both of Robeline, Theodore Cotton of Bossier City, Curtis Cotton of Keithville, Jack Cotton of Sreveport, Ray Cotton of Bridge City, Tex., and James Cotton of Many; and 10 grandchildren.
