George Edward Caliway

  George Edward Caliway, 75, died at his Shreveport residence,
Dec. 19, after a sudden illness. Services will be under the
direction of the Rose-Neath Marshall St. Chapel. Burial will be
at Forest Park.

  Mr. Caliway was born in Many, La., and was retired from the
Plumbing Department of the City of Shreveport, where he had lived
since 1920. He was a veteran of World War II, and was a member of
the American Legion.

  He is survived by a number of nieces and nephews.
