Grace Barker Clay

  Mrs. Grace Barker Clay died in Fraser Hospital North, at 5:30
p.m., Friday, Feb. 27. She was 76.

  Survivors include three sisters, Oma Conerly of Florien, Edna
Swan of Houston, Tex., and Eva Whitehead of Pearland, Tex.; two
brothers, Leroy Baker of Deer Park, Tex., and Jack Barker of
Galena Park, Tex.; and numerous nieces and nephews.

  Funeral services were held at the Prospect Methodist Church on
Monday, March 2, at 10 a.m. The Rev. Charles Scott officiated.
Burial was in the Prospect Cemetery, under the direction of the
Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Pallbearers were R. E. Conerly Jr., John Conerly, Sonny Barker,
Bobby Anderson, and Kenny Gibson.
