Grenes L. Cole

  Graveside services for Mr. Grenes L. Cole, 79, of Bossier City,
were held at 2 p.m., Monday, Dec. 28, 1987, at Greensburg
Cemetery in Greensburg, La., under the direction of Boone Funeral
Home's Airline Chapel.

  Mr. Cole died Wednesday, December 23, 1987, at Bossier Medical
Center. He was retired as a civil engineer, and was a member of
the Society of Professional Engineers. He was a founding member
of the Sigma Phi fraternity at LSU, and a member of the First
United Methodist Church of Shreveport, La. Mr. Cole was born in
Greensburg, La.

  He is survived by a son, Raymond G. Cole of Pleasant Hill,
Calif.; a brother, Walter G. Cole; and two grandchildren,
Catherine, and Helen Cole of Lafayette.
