Eddie DeHondt. Mrs. Cole died suddenly of a heart attack, March 28. She was born in Florien, August 4, 1935, and was retired from Atlantic Richfield Co., where she worked for 38 years. She was a charter member of the Shreveport Chapter of the Desk and Derrick Club, and was an active member of the Lafayette Chapter. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert E. and Eloice Pruitt Lee; her husband, Albert G. "Pappy" Cole; and a sister, EvaDel Lee Hollis. She is survived by her daughter, Judy Lee Cole Labrum, and son-in-law, Jerry of Salt Lake City, Utah; three grandchildren, Daniel, Trevor, and Joseph Labrum; one sister, Helen Lee Gray of Shreveport; five brothers, Robert Hoy Lee of Many; Rayden Lee of Bossier City; Claude Lee of Lompoc, Calif., Walter Lee of Shreveport, and Lynn Lee of Lake Charles; 20 nieces and nephews.
