Sam H. Cole

  Funeral services for Sam H. Cole, 92, were held a 10 a.m.,
Saturday, June 1, at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church. Interment
followed at Mt. Carmel Cemetery, under the direction of Warren
Meadows Funeral Home.

  Mr. Cole died at 11:25 a.m., May 30, at Heritage Manor #1 in
Many.

  He is survived by two sons, Buford Cole of Huntsville, Tex., and
Olin Cole of DeRidder; four daughters, Sammie Armour of Silsbee,
Tex., Effie Corley of Florien, Sandra Liggio of Lake Charles, and
Babe Sparks of Mt. Carmel; one sister, Minerva Walker of Many;
twelve grandchildren; and thirteen great grandchildren.

  Pallbearers included Danny Sparks, Clint Sparks, Larry Basco,
Joe Montanari, Gary Allen, Steve Parker, and Randy Basco.
