James William Cole

  Funeral services for James William Cole, 70, were held at 2
p.m., on Wednesday, July 29, 1992, at Trinity Baptist Church. The
Rev. H. H. Tibbitts officiated. Burial followed in the Ft. Jesup
Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Mr. Cole died at Sabine Medical Center in Many, on Sunday, July
26, 1992.

  He is survived by four daughters, Elizabeth Lamb of Cleveland,
Texas, Nita Wood of Houston, Texas, Sharon Kamai of Leesville,
and Carol Ingram of Marthaville; one son, Edward E. Cole of Many;
three sisters, Edra Darnell of Hayti, Mo., Claudine Pullum of
Braggadocia, Mo., and Maxine Evans of Hayti, Mo.; six
grandchildren, Jolene Gilbert, Joseph Gilbert, Tina Lamb, Vickie
Barnett, Terry Clements, and Wanda Clements; seven great
grandchildren, Katie Marie, Heather Deliegh, and Stewart James,
and four other great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and
nephews.
