The Sabine Index - Mrs. Clara Cleveland

  20 Feb 1942 - Funeral rites for Mrs. Clara Cleveland, age 70
years, relict of the late W. B. Cleveland, were held Monday
morning at 11 o'clock at the First Baptist church, Rev. C. W.
Williams, pastor, officiating. Interment in the Many cemetery,
Dennis-Green funeral home in charge.

  Surviving are one son, H. Q. Cleveland, one step-daughter Mrs.
J. H. McNeely of Many; one half-brother, Sam Bishop, Moundville,
Ala.; one half-sister, Mrs. Hadry Mills, Konama, Okla,; one
grandson, Robert Lucius Cleveland.

  Pallbearers: Robert Lucius, Cecil Wright, Pete Lucius, Bennie
McNeely, H. Q. Pugh and O. E. Williams.

  Mrs. Cleveland was Many's most lovable citizen. Her pleasing
smile and words of kindness and encouragement will be missed by
the many friends who knew and loved her.
