Mrs. Sylvester Colston

  Services for Mr. Sylvester Colston, 80, were held at 2 p.m.,
Tuesday, May 11, 1993, in Ft. Jesup First Baptist Church.
Officiating was Rev. Arthur Haymon, Rev. Joe Mitchell Jr., Rev.
H. H. Tibbitts, and Rev. Dan Mappus. Burial was held in Ft. Jesup
Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Mr. Colston died Sunday, May 9, 1993, in Sabine Medical Center
in Many.

  He is survived by his wife, Lillie Colston of Many; two sons and
daughters-in-law, W. D. and Laverne E. Colston, and Billy and
Sarah Colston, all of Many; one daughter and son-in-law, Kathryn
and Donnie Neel of Many; one sister, Dona Russell of Many; two
brothers, Howard Colston, and Aubrey Colston, both of Many; six
grandchildren, Carol and Cathan Heard of Many, Sandra and Dan
Davis of Houston, Tex., Alan Colston, Tanya Colston, Krista
Colston, and Kim Neel, all of Many; three great grandchildren,
Dustin Heard of Many, Jamie Heard of Many, and Austin Davis of
Houston, Tex., and a host of nieces and nephews.

  Pallbearers were Cathan Heard, Tony Settle, Dewayne Colston, Dan
Davis, Kent Barley, and William Weeks.
