Funeral services were held in the Warren Meadows Chapel Monday, Sept. 27, at 2 p.m., with the Rev. Tom McDaniel, and the Rev. Guy Burr officiating. Interment was in the Oak Hill Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home. She is survived by one son, Omer Caldwell of Port Arthur, Tex.; one daughter, Mrs. J. D. Carroll of Port Arthur, Tex.; one brother, Wheeler Peace of Florien; three sisters, Mrs. Ollie Koonce, Many, Mrs. M. A. Newman, Jasper, Tex., and Mrs. Tim McNeely of Florien; 5 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren. Pallbearers were Emmett Caldwell, C. P. Gandy, Andrew Byrd, Speight Caldwell, Homer McNeely, and Gary Carroll.
