Rosco Caldwell

  Rosco Caldwell, 84, of Houston, Tex., died at the Doctor's
Hospital in Houston, Dec. 12, after an extended illness.

  Funeral services were conducted Dec. 14, at Ft. Jesup Baptist
Church, with the Rev. Ray Penfield, and the Rev. H. H. Tibbitts
officiating. Interment was in the Ft. Jesup Cemetery, under the
direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home of Many.

  Survivors include two sons, Robert Caldwell of Dallas, Tex., and
Freddie Caldwell of Arlington, Tex.; four daughters, Mrs. T. J.
Bush of Many, Mrs. Ernest Bush of Houston, Mrs. Jewel Webb of
Glen Ellyn, Ill., and Mrs. Gertrude Crow of Houston; two
brothers, Jap Caldwell of Many, and Will Caldwell of Shreveport;
19 grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren.
