Alton B. Collins

  Alton Byron Collins, 65, of Pleasant Hill, died Thursday, Feb.
14.

  Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., in Pleasant Hill Baptist
Church, with Rev. Vernon Stephenson officiating. Burial was in
Beulah Cemetery, under direction of Drewett Funeral Home of
Mansfield.

  Survivors include his wife; one son, Wendell F. Collins of
Natchitoches; one daughter, Mrs. Dottie Ann Wise of Houston,
Tex.; six grandchildren; four brothers, Foster Collins of
Belmont, Bond Collins of Stonewall, Guy Collins of Pineville, and
Henry Collins of New York City, N. Y.; five sisters, Mrs. Mae
Sanders of Natchitoches, Mrs. Louis Royston of Natchitoches, Mrs.
Lillie Burgess of Pineville, Mrs. Dellar Gibson, and Mrs. Agnes
Morrison, both of Palestine, Tex.
