  Mrs. Shirley Ann Collins, 58, of Robeline, died Monday, March
19, 2001, at Sabine Medical Center.

  Mrs. Collins was born October 22, 1942, in DeQuincy. She was a
member of Bayou Scie Methodist Church, and a homemaker.

  Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, March 23, at
Bayou Scie Methodist Church, with interment to follow at Bayou
Scie Cemetery. The Rev. Jimmy Shields will officiate.

  Survivors include her husband, Marvin Broadway of Robeline; two
daughters, Arnetta Collins Lewing of Port Arthur, Texas, and
Pamela Collins Remedies of Zwolle; five sons, Buddy Ray Collins
of Hemphill, Texas, Fred Howard Collins of Milam, Texas, Gilbert
Joseph Collins of Zwolle, Arron Lynn Collins of Beaumont, Texas,
and Christopher Wade Collins Sr. of Zwolle; two step daughters,
Sissy Edwards of Robeline, and Vanessa Broadway of Florien; one
step son, Kevin Broadway of Grand Cane; her parents, Bertie and
Davis Sabins of Buna, Texas; one sister, Kathleen Greer of
Starks; four brothers, Larry Smith of Starks, Ronnie Smith of
Hemphill, Texas, Donald Smith of Starks, and David Smith of
Deweyville, Texas; 26 grandchildren, Dustin Collins, Lore'
Collins, Ashley Welborn, Alan Welborn, Eric Collins, Mallory
Prins, Cody Prins, Tristan Collins, Braden Jett, Keaton Collins,
McKenzie Collins, Dalton Collins, Brittany Collins, Kayle Forse,
Kattie Forse, Misty Gilcrease, Chris Gilcrease, Christopher
Collins Jr., Ashley Edwards, Steven Edwards, Heather Edwards,
Alyssa Broadway, Brittany Broadway, Brook Broadway, Mason
Broadway, and Blake Broadway; and a host of nieces, nephews, and
friends.

  She is preceded in death by her father, Fred Smith, and son,
Rufus "Lee" Collins.
