The Sabine Index - November 16, 1988

  Rufus Lee Collins

  Mr. Rufus Lee Collins, 16, died on Hwy. 191 North in Zwolle, La.
on Nov. 6, 1988.

  Services were held at Bayou Scie Methodist Church on Nov. 9 at 2
p.m. with Rev. Louis Coppage and Rev. C. D. Sullivan officiating.
Burial was at Bayou Scie Cemetery under the direction of Warren
Meadows Funeral Home.

  Survivors include his father, Charles R. Collins and his mother,
Shirley Ann Collins of Zwolle; five brothers, Buddy, Fred, Aaron,
Chris and Gilbert Collins, all of Zwolle; two sisters, Pam
Collins of Orange, Tx. and Arnetta Collins of Zwolle; maternal
grandparents, Mr. And Mrs. Charles D. Sabins of Starks; and
paternal grandparents, H. R. Collins of Leesville and the late
Shirley Collins.
