All rights reserved. http://usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafiles.htm ********************************************** Mr. Foster Moses Collins Funeral services for Mr. Foster Moses Collins, 91, of Natchitoches, were held at 2 p.m., on April 20, 1995, at the Emmanuel Baptist Church in Natchitoches. The Rev. George Banister, and the Rev. Durhl Davis officiated. Burial was in Marthaville Cemetery, under the direction of Blanchard-St. Denis of Natchitoches. Mr. Collins died at 3:45 a.m., April 19, at the Natchitoches Parish Hospital. Mr. Collins was a native of Mansfield. He was a retired carpenter, and a member of the Emmanuel Baptist Church. Survivors are his widow, Ruby M. Collins of Natchitoches; three daughters, Betty Jane McCall, and Bobbye Jean Nunez of Grand Chenier, and Judy Ann Nichols of Lafayette; two sisters, Mrs. Agnes Morrison, and Mrs. Della Morrison, both of Bullard, Texas; two brothers, Guy Collins of Pineville, and Henry Collins of West Palm Beach, Fla.; 11 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren. Mr. Collins was preceded in death by one son, Billy James Collins. Pallbearers were Jimmy Ingram, Thomas McCall, Geary McDonald, Jim Collins, Neal Oliver, and Sammy Steadman.
