The Sabine Index - Mrs. Rosa Clements

  20 Jun 1952 - Mrs. Rosa Clements, 80, died June 7 at
Centralia, Ill. and was buried at Spring Ridge cemetery June 11.

  Surviving relatives include: sons, Lee Clements, Louan, Ark.,
Oscar Clements, Taft, Texas, Raymond Clements, Ada, Okla,;
daughters, Mrs. Ora Jones, Wichita, Kan., Mrs. Cora Blankenship,
Pleasant Hill, Mrs. Delilah Navy, Torance, Calif., Mrs. Lois
Spence, Centralia, Ill,; brothers, Rev. A. D. Ashby, Blanchard,
H. A. Ashby, Coushatta, O. T. Ashby, Pleasant Hill; several
grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

  Deceased numbered her friends by the thousands. She was
a good Christian woman. I have known her as far back as I can
remember. We were school mates, so let me say, "Sleep, dear Rose,
take your rest; God called you home, He thought it best."
