Ralph St., San Gabriel, Calif., passed away, June 7, 1964. He was a native of Many, La., and had lived in Los Angeles, and San Gabriel, Calif. For the past eight years. He is survived by his wife, Jessie Clanan of San Gabriel, Calif.; a daughter, Anita Javid; and granddaughter, Judy Javid of Los Angeles; a sister, Germaine DeKeyzer of Many, La.; four brothers, Amos Clanan of Ft. Worth, Tex., Louis Clanan of Natchitoches, La., William Clanan of Groves, Texas, Joe Clanan of Beaumont, Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews. Services were held with Military Honors, at nine o'clock, June 10, at Veterans Cemetery, Los Angeles, with Rev. Father Joseph P. Johnson officiating. For many years, Mr. Clanan was connected with the Sabine Index, having served his apprenticeship as a printer under the late Mr. Belisle.
