Michael Clark

  Michael Clark, 21, of 2719 Florida Avenue in Port Acres, Tex.,
was dead on arrival at St. Mary's Hospital at 6:10 p.m., Wednesday,
Sept. 8, with a gunshot wound to the chest.

  An employee at Burton's shipyard, Clark is survived by his wife,
Shari A. Clark; a son, Michael Kurt Clark Jr., both of Port Acres;
his father, Davis Clark of Many; his mother and stepfather, Mr. and
Mrs. Lover Romero of 6445 Front Street; a sister, Dianne Romero, and
two brothers, Ted and Carl Clark, all of Port Acres; a grandfather,
Wolten Norwood of Orangefield; and a grandmother, Mrs. Ethel Clark
of Many.

  Funeral services for Clark, a 17-year resident of Port Acres, were
held at Becker-Noguess Funeral Chapel in Orange, at 10 a.m., Saturday,
Sept. 11.
