Vernice Howard Clark

  Funeral services for Mr. Vernice Howard Clark of Provencal, were
held Saturday, Nov. 10, at Kisatchie Baptist Church, with Rev.
Charlie Paul officiating. Burial was in Kisatchie Cemetery.
Services were under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Mr. Clark died Wednesday, Nov. 7, 1984, at Rapides General
Hospital, at 9:30 a.m. He was 74 years old.

  Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Bernie B. Clark of Kisatchie;
three sons, Howard C. Clark of Sondheimer, La., Jerry W. Clark of
Atlanta, Ga., and Malcolm L. Clark of Pineville; one daughter,
Mrs. Ann C. Bolton of Leesville; three step sons, Ronnie M. Hays
of Tampa, Fla., Kenneth W. Hays of Bridge City, Tex., and Bobby
R. Hays of El Campo, Tex.; 39 grandchildren; and 15 great
grandchildren.
