James M. Campbell III

  James M. Campbell III, 35, of Florien, died Sunday, March 23, at
6:30 a.m., in Shreveport, after an extended illness.

  Survivors include his parents, Mr. and Mrs. R. L. Rodgers of
Shreveport, and Mr. and Mrs. James M. Campbell II of Shreveport;
one daughter, Shanna Campbell of Anacoco; one sister, Mrs.
Catherine June Cobb of Dallas, Tex.; one half brother, Robert
Rodgers of Dallas, Tex.; and his paternal grandmother, Mrs. J. M.
Campbell of Zwolle. Funeral services were held at the Mt. Carmel
Baptist Church Monday, March 24, under the direction of Warren
Meadows Funeral Home, with Rev. Billy Wood, and Rev. Phil Tisdale
officiating. Burial followed in the Mt. Carmel Cemetery.

  Pallbearers were Tom Burnett, Stan Self, Ralph Webb, Billy Ray
Skinner, Allen Skinner, and Ed Cobb.
