Slade Dewayne Champion

  Slade Dewayne Champion, 34, of Zwolle, died Jan. 19, 2003, at
Schumpert Highland Medical Center.

  Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Jan. 21, at Faith Baptist
Church, with interment following at Forest Hill Cemetery. The
Rev. Timothy Leach, and the Rev. T. A. Lane officiated.

  Survivors include his widow, Kathy Champion of Zwolle; two
daughters, Haylee Jean Champion, and Victoria Raye Champion, both
of Zwolle; father, Jerry Champion of Zwolle; mother, Linda
Champion of Zwolle; grandparents, James and Mertie Rosado of
Bossier City, and Bertha Fosters of Zwolle; special uncle, Reece
Ebarb of Zwolle; and a host of family and friends.
