J. W. Chambers

  Funeral rites for J. W. Chambers, age 86, were held Thursday at
2:30 p.m., at the Fisher Baptist Church, with Rev. Jack Comer,
and Bishop Mack Hayes officiating. Interment was in the Fisher
Cemetery, under the direction of the Warren Funeral Home.

  Pallbearers were Clyde Sneed, Pete Anderson, Ralph Russell, S.
N. Owens, Jake Muse, and A. A. Hardy.

  Survivors include his wife, Mrs. J. W. Chambers, Many; two sons,
J. W. Chambers Jr., Cut Off, and J. B. Chambers, Fisher; two
daughters, Mrs. E. J. Chauvin, Houma, and Mrs. F. M. Kermmin,
Baker; 10 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.
