James C. Chance

  Funeral services for James C. Chance, 58, were held Thursday,
July 6, at 4 p.m., at the Oak Grove Baptist Church, with the Rev.
Wayne Read officiating. Burial was in the Oak Grove Cemetery,
under the Hixson Funeral Home.

  Mr. Chance died Tuesday at his residence.

  Survivors are his wife, three sons, Kenneth L. Chance of the
Army in Japan, E. DeWayne Chance of Ruston and Gerald D. Chance
of Hornbeck; two sisters, Mrs. Christy West of Leesville, and
Mrs. J. F. Willis Marrero; and three grandchildren.
