Bobby H. Chance

  Bobby H. Chance, 36, of Hornbeck, died in Shreveport, Friday,
Sept. 29, after a lengthy illness.

  Funeral services were held Saturday, Sept. 30, at 3 p.m., at
the Union Baptist Church, with the Rev. C. V. Chance, the Rev.
Elzey Kelley, and the Rev. John Thompson officiating. Burial
was in the Union Cemetery, under the direction of Warren
Meadows Funeral Home.

  He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Norma Chance of Hornbeck;
one son, Brent Chance of Hornbeck; two daughters, Renee, and
Leah Chance, both of Hornbeck; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Truitt
Chance of Hornbeck; three brothers, the Rev. C. V. Chance of
Hornbeck, Dr. Hoyet Chance of Shreveport, and Mickey Truett
Chance of Florien; two sisters, Mrs. Chiwee Edwards of
Burlison, Tex., and Miss Carolyn Ann Chance of Florien.
