The Sabine Index - Mrs. Minta Chance

  27 Jan 1956 - Funeral services for Mrs. Minta Chance, 79, who
passed away at the home of her daughter, Mrs. J. W. Smith in
Huttig, Ark. Friday, Jan. 20, was conducted at Union Baptist
church Sunday, Jan. 22 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Henry Chance
officiating. Interment was in Toro cemetery under the direction
of Warren Funeral Home.

  Surviving relatives are sons, Cleveland, Truitt and Dan Chance
of Florien; daughter, Mrs. J. W. Smith of Huttig, Ark., sisters,
Mrs. H. E. Chance of Florien and Mrs. Bell Hodnett of DeRidder,
15 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
