Mrs. Doris Stewart Chance

  Mrs. Doris Stewart Chance, 58, of Homer, La., died on Saturday,
March 15, 1987, at Sabine Medical Center in Many.

  Funeral services were held at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, on
Monday, March 16, at 10 a.m., with the Rev. Larry Deloach
officiating, and Rev. H. E. Crenwelge assisting. Burial was at
Florien Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral
Home.

  She is survived by her husband, Allen E. Chance of Homer; two
sons, Thurman Stewart of Florien, and Kelsie Chance of Many; one
daughter, Lynette Kay of Fisher; two granddaughters, Lisa
Stewart, and Dawn Kay; one grandson, Tommy Kay; one great
granddaughter, Krystal Kay; and a host of nieces and nephews.
