Josef Quisto' Chance

  Josef Quisto' Chance, 15, of Florien, died Friday, Aug. 31,
2001.

  Funeral services were held at 4 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 2, at First
Baptist Church of Hornbeck, with interment following at Prewitt's
Chapel Cemetery. The Rev. Jerry Ray, the Rev. Jimmy Evans, and
the Rev. Hoy Leach officiated.

  Survivors include his father, Joe Chance of Florien; mother,
Lori Chance of Elizabeth; brother, Colby Chance of Florien;
paternal grandparents, Joseph Leroy and Joyce Chance of Hornbeck;
maternal grandfather, Robert A. Mitchell of Florien; maternal
grandmother, Truthie A. Mitchell of Many; maternal great
grandmother, Dorothy L. Morrison of Merryville; and a host of
aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

  Pallbearers were Josh Pleasant, Michael Morrison, Kirk Parker,
Clint Edwards, Jake Merriman, Casey Ellzey, Brian Sigler, and
Cody Corley.

  Honorary pallbearers were J. T. Durrett, Pete Townsend, Andrew
Ryals, and John Hale.
